Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, accessing or using any service offered by gcup4, you agree fully and unconditionally to be bound by the terms and conditions stated in this document. This agreement takes effect from the date of account registration or the date of first use of the gcup4 platform, whichever is earlier.

These terms and conditions cover all aspects of platform use, including but not limited to slot games, live casino, sports betting, the bonus system, payment processes and communications with the gcup4 support team.

User Eligibility

The gcup4 platform operates under international licensing and only accepts registrations from individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Registering voluntarily without any compulsion or pressure from any other party.
• Not subject to any local legal restrictions that prohibit participation in online betting activities.
• Not previously placed under a self-exclusion programme by gcup4 or any related platform.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is permitted to hold one active account only. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited. During registration, users must provide accurate, complete and current information. gcup4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.

Users are fully responsible for:

• Keeping their username and account password confidential.
• Notifying gcup4 immediately if unauthorised access to the account is suspected.
• Ensuring all personal information in the account is kept up to date.
• Not sharing login details with any third party.

gcup4 will not be held responsible for any loss arising from a user's failure to keep their own account information secure.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

gcup4 supports a range of payment methods suited to users in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes once the request is approved.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. gcup4 does not accept payments through third-party accounts. gcup4 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before approving any withdrawal.

Any attempt to make a payment using an unrecognised method or through fraudulent means may result in the account being suspended and funds held pending an investigation.

Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

gcup4 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules stated alongside each offer.

First Deposit Bonus (Welcome Bonus): New users are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM500. For example, a deposit of RM100 receives a bonus of RM100, bringing the total balance to RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 15 = RM1,500 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. If a deposit of RM1,200 is made, the bonus is RM500 (balance RM1,700) with a wagering requirement of RM500 × 15 = RM7,500.

gcup4 VIP Programme offers four tiers with different weekly cashback rates:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Progression through VIP tiers is based on consistent betting activity. gcup4 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus or promotion without prior notice. Users found to be abusing the bonus system will lose their bonus entitlements and may face account restrictions.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

gcup4 users must comply with all platform rules and act responsibly when using this service. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automation software, bots or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Sharing or selling an account to another party.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs or weaknesses in the gcup4 system.
• Identity fraud or providing false information during registration or verification.
• Carrying out any activity intended to launder money or finance illegal activities.
• Interference with or unauthorised access to gcup4's systems, servers or networks.

A breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances in the account, and legal action where applicable.

Account Suspension and Termination

gcup4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including:

• A breach of any provision in these terms and conditions.
• A recommendation from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• Suspected activity related to fraud or money laundering.
• A self-exclusion request by the user.
• Account inactivity for a specified period.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting gcup4 support. Valid balances will be settled in accordance with the applicable payment policy, subject to completion of all required reviews.

gcup4 Liability Limits

gcup4 provides the betting platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of uninterrupted service. gcup4 will not be liable for:

• Financial losses caused by technical disruptions or internet connection issues on the user's end.
• Game outcomes made through an unstable or disconnected internet connection.
• Losses arising from a user's negligence in maintaining account security.
• Any indirect, special or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.

Each user is responsible for ensuring that their betting activity complies with the local laws applicable to them personally.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

gcup4 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Any significant amendments will be communicated to users through appropriate channels, including notices within the platform or via email to the registered address.

Continued use of the gcup4 platform after amended terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated version of the terms. If a user does not agree with the amendments made, they should stop using the platform and close their account.

It is the user's responsibility to review this terms and conditions page periodically to ensure they remain informed of the latest applicable rules.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The gcup4 platform operates under international licensing. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of this platform will first be addressed amicably through negotiation between the user and gcup4.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, gcup4 reserves the right to refer the dispute to a recognised arbitration procedure. Users agree that they will not participate in any class action lawsuit against gcup4 in connection with disputes arising from the use of this platform.

In all situations, gcup4's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the dispute.
